PICTURE # 1 GROUP 1
CISCO KID COMES TO FOSTORIA

Many viewers won't know the "Cisco Kid". He was a Western Cowboy hero cut in the mold of Tom Mix (Don't remember him either?). How about the Lone Ranger or Gene Autry or Hopalong Cassidy?

From this photo it looks as though, back then, the Fostoria City Government and its officials had more fun than today. This photo was taken when "Cisco" made a publicity tour in 19XX and Fostoria was one of the included stops.

The photo was taken in the alley outside the old fire and police station on North Street. The building is now the home of the Fostoria Historical Museum.

From Left to Right in the photo are:

1. United States Marshall, 2. United States Marshall, 3. Toby Imig, 4. Joe Hammer, 5. Ray Newlove, 6. Mayor Ray Coburn, 7. Cisco Kid, 8. Bill Horen, 9. Dick Wilcox, 10, Jim Meeks, 11. Two Kids? (Special thanks to Bill Horen for the names)
