It is The Old Fostoria Academy Bldg organized by a group from the United Brethern Church with the help from local busines people and was built in 1879...also called the Ohio Normal College and Business Institute...besides financial problems the school was destroyed by fire in 1904. The dormitories, called Mansard Hall and Mound Hall are still standing on Foster St...and shown in one of your previous pictures that I ID as it being on College Ave....land for the Academy had been donated by Chas. Foster
