"Alex and Emma" rated

Alex (Luke Wilson)is an author who is faced
with writers block after borrowing money to gamble from very
questionble quys!! They have trashed his computer so he hires
a stenographer, Emma (Kate Hudson) to take is dictation, he
must complete his manuscript in 30 days. His tale of a romantic
triangle takes place in the early 1920s but she challenges
his ideas, and soon the real life imitates the writing. A
little slow in parts, also stars David Paymer, Sophia Marceau,
Rip Taylor, Cloris Leachman and Chino XL. Written by Jeremy
Leven and directed by Rob Reiner.

"28 Days Later" rated

After breaking into a primate research lab, a group of people
set free caged chimps and find they are subjected to an attack
from the enraged chimps, who carry a disease called rage which
is fatal. 28 days later Jim (Cillian Murphy) wakes up from
a coma in a deserted intensive care unit in London. He is
horrified to discover only dead bodies, he finally meets a
few people, but it is a real fight to keep away the infected
people. Also stars Noah Huntley, Naomie Harris, Christophe
Dunne, and Toby Sedgwick. Directed by Danny Boyle.

"The Dancer Upstairs"

A policeman Augstin Rejas(Javier Bardem), used to be a lawyer,
is given a case to investigate a known terrorist Ezequiel
(Abel Folk) who hasn't been photographed but plans lots of
terrorist acts and has a lot of followers. He falls for a
dancing teacher of his daughter, and finds she is a follower
of Ezequiel. Based on novel by Nicholas Shakespeare, it also
stars Juan Diego B otto, Laura Morante, and Marie-Anne Verganza.

Jess loves to play soccer, she is hoping to play professionally,
like her hero, David Beckham. She is asked to play on a womens
soccer team, but has to hide it from her parents, she also
falls for the coach of the team. This is a delightful movie!!
Also stars Shaznay Lewis, Frank Harper, Ameet Chana, and Juliet

Joe Gavilan (Harrison Ford) and K.C. Calden (Josh Hartnett)
are two LAPD detectivies who moonlight in other fields, Gavilan
in real estate and Calden is a wannabe actor. Their cell phones
are always ringing, even in the middle of a murder investigation
of a rap group, possibly planned by Sartain (Isaiah Washington),
a famous rap label boss. Lots of action and some parts are
really funny, different movie for Harrison Ford. Also cameo
roles by Loud Diamond Phillips and Frank Sinatra Jr. Directed
by Ron Shelton.

A fish tries to rescue his son when he wanders off in the
huge ocean!! Nemo's dad (Albert Brooks) is an over protective
father to Nemo (Alexander Gould), who lost his mother before
he was born. Nemo is captured by a fisherman and put in a
dentist's office in a fish tank. Dad takes off to find him
and meets Dory (Ellen DeGeneres) along the way. Lots of laughs
and really a lot of imagination. Also stars Barry Humphries,
Willem Dafoe, and Allison Hanney. Directed by Andrew Stanton.

himself embroiled in Steves' life and some really dangerous

A remake of 1969 movie about a plan to steal a large gold
shipment. Charlie Croker (Mark Wahlberg) and his mentor, John
(Donald Sutherland) want to pull of one more heist, millions
of dollars in gold. They have a computer wiz, Lyle (Seth Green),
and Steve Frezelli (Edward Norton) who double crosses them.
Exciting scenes and lots of Mini Coopers that are small enough
to travel on the sidewalks. Also stars Charlize Theron, Mos
Def and Jason Statham. Directed by F. Gary Gray.

"Wrong Turn" rated

Chris (Desmond Harrington) hits a jam up on the highway on
his way to a very important job interview. He takes a side
road in West Virginia and crashes into a carload of young
people.Jessie(Eliza Dushku) and her friends are stunned when
they find their tires are cut with barbed wire. Left carless,
they start on foot to look for a phone. After going deeper
into the woods, they happen on a house, which finds many horrible
things and three very grisly men. Special effects are great
and lots of surprises. Also stars Jeremy Sisto, Emmanuelle
Chriqui and Kevin Zegers. Written by Alan B McElroy and Directed
by Rob Schmidt. Loved this one, not for everyone.
